Nominated Broker definition

Nominated Broker a broker nominated by the Committee from time to time and notified as such to the Employee for the purposes of clause 7 of this Agreement;
Nominated Broker means the regulated broker selected by the Administrators for the Transfer of Client Assets which has entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement;
Nominated Broker means Jarvis Investment Management Limited, an FCA regulated execution only stock broker

  • Designated Broker means the financial services firm or other agent designated by the Company to maintain ESPP Share Accounts on behalf of Participants who have purchased shares of Common Stock under the Plan.

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • Data Broker means either of the following:

  • Independent Fund Director means an independent director of an investment company advised by Invesco.

  • Nominated Account means a bank account which is maintained under the name of an EHCP or his Associated Organization and is specified by the EHCP and his Associated Organization in the Authority for Payment to a Bank in the form attached at Appendix B and signed by the EHCP and his Associated Organization.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Prime Broker means a Person that acts as credit counterparty for transactions executed on the SEF in the name and on behalf of such Person by its client or an agent of its client that is a BSEF Participant and that has authorized a Participant to send RFQs, place Orders or enter into Trades in the name and on behalf of such Person.

  • Nominate “Nomination,” or “Nominated” shall mean an offer by Shipper to Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation, from the specified Origin to the specified Destination pursuant to the terms of this Tariff (and/or any tariffs making reference hereto and incorporating this Tariff by reference therein).

  • Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.

  • Disinterested Shareholder means a shareholder that is not an Insider to whom options may be granted under the Plan and they are not an Associate of any Insider.
