Nominated Director definition

Nominated Director means any or all of the Series B Nominated Director, the Series C Nominated Director, and the Series D Nominated Director.
Nominated Director means a Director nominated by Red under clause 5.4(b); Red Parent means The Coca-Cola Company; Red Transferee has the meaning given in clause 11.1(a);
Nominated Director means an Olive HoldCo nominated director or a Red nominated director;
