Nominated Premises definition

Nominated Premises means premises nominated by Viva Energy from time to time as Shell Card merchants.
Nominated Premises means premises nominated by the Supplier from time to time as Fuel Card merchants.
Nominated Premises means premises nominated by Viva Energy from time to time as Voyager Fuel Card merchants.

  • If a PIN is issued with a Shell Card, the Authorised User must use the PIN when using the Shell Card at Nominated Premises.

  • The Customer agrees to use its best endeavours to minimise all material health, safety and environmental risks and to avoid adverse health, safety orenvironmental incidents whilst on the Nominated Premises.


More Definitions of Nominated Premises

Nominated Premises means the property or properties specified by the Client. Offer means the offer made by the client to purchase the Goods and/or Services. Payment Terms means the payment terms specified in the Offer. Services means the service/s supplied by the Supplier to the Client in accordance with the Offer and Service means any one of the Services.

Related to Nominated Premises

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
