Non Funding Parties definition

Non Funding Parties means the Parties under the heading “Non Funding Parties” in the recitals to this Agreement;

Related to Non Funding Parties

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.
