NONCONFORMING SERVICE definition

NONCONFORMING SERVICE. A Service or Task that, as agreed by the Parties or otherwise determined by the Dispute Resolution Procedure, was or is Deficient.
NONCONFORMING SERVICE means a Service or Task that, as agreed by the Parties or otherwise determined by the Dispute Resolution Procedure, was or is Deficient.
NONCONFORMING SERVICE means such Service not conforming with the standards warranted by the Contractor in Clauses 6.1 and 6.2.

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement.
