Noncovered service definition

Noncovered service means a service, item or supply for which MA reimbursement is not available, including a service for which prior authorization has been denied, a service listed as non−covered in ch. DHS 107, or a service considered by consul- tants to the department to be medically unnecessary, unreasonable or inappropriate.
