DERMA shall have a non-exclusive, royalty-bearing right and license, without the right to grant sublicenses, under the QMT Intellectual Property to use, sell, and offer for sale Products within the Field (with the exception of products provided to, developed for, or sold to the general, over-the-counter consumer market) in the Non-exclusive Territory.
