Nordic Notes definition

Nordic Notes means Finnish Notes or Swedish Notes, as applicable;
Nordic Notes means Finnish Notes or Swedish Notes, as applicable; "Operator" has the meaning given to it in Condition 3.4 (Uncertificated Notes);
Nordic Notes. All notices to holders of Nordic Notes shall be valid if so published or mailed to their registered addresses appearing on the relevant NCSD Register.

  • The Determination Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable under the circumstances, notify the Noteholders (copied to the Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent (in the case of Bearer Notes and Registered Notes), the CREST Registrar (in the case of Uncertified Registered Notes) or the relevant NCSD Issuing and Paying Agent or NCSD (as applicable) (in the case of Nordic Notes)) of any such adjustment.
