Normal and Routine Maintenance definition

Normal and Routine Maintenance means the standard practice and care of trees and vegetation normally required to maintain life, including watering, feeding or fertilizing, spraying, pruning and trimming according to best management practices, and removing of dead or unhealthy branches.
Normal and Routine Maintenance means such maintenance, tests, alterations, modifications, enlargement and repairs to the Gathering Facilities as would be normally done by a prudent operator.
Normal and Routine Maintenance means such maintenance, tests, alterations, modifications, enlargements, and repairs of the Plant as would normally be performed by a prudent operator.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement including, without limitation, Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, Gatherer will accept delivery of up to the MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, to the inlet of the Plant Receipt Point and receive Shipper’s Residue Gas at the Plant Delivery Point and redeliver Thermally Equivalent Volumes of such Shipper’s Residue Gas, less FL&U, to the Delivery Point(s).

  • Subject to Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance and as set forth herein, Gatherer shall maintain pressures at the Pressure Point (defined below) on its Gathering Facilities for Low Btu Gas at or below an annual average of 300 p.s.i.g. (“Maximum Suction Pressure”) for up to the MDQ (as provided in APPENDIX “A”).

  • Likewise, except during conditions of Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, the Gathering Facilities will be capable of receiving the MDQ of Shipper’s Residue Gas at the Plant Delivery Point and delivering Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, to the Delivery Points.

  • Causes for Curtailment or interruption may be Force Majeure, insufficient downstream or System capacity, regulatory rule or order and/or Normal and Routine Maintenance.

  • Except for conditions of Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, should Gatherer be unable to receive Shipper’s MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas or Shipper’s Residue Gas (or such lesser volume of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas or Shipper’s Residue Gas actually made available to Gatherer) for a period exceeding ninety (90) consecutive days or one hundred twenty (120) days in any calendar year, Shipper may then provide written notice to Gatherer of non-performance under this Agreement.

  • Gatherer shall have the right to interrupt the Gathering Services for Customer when necessary to test, alter, modify, replace, enlarge or repair any facility or property comprising a part of, or appurtenant to, Gatherer's System or otherwise related to the operation thereof for Normal and Routine Maintenance.

  • Except during conditions of Force Majeure and Normal and Routine Maintenance, the Gathering Facilities will be capable of receiving the MDQ of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas at the Receipt Point(s) and redelivering Thermally Equivalent Volumes, less FL&U, at the Plant Receipt Point.

  • Gatherer shall have the right, with reasonable notice, without liability to Shipper, to cease its Gathering Services hereunder or to cease the operation of its Gathering Facilities, from time to time, as necessary to perform Normal and Routine Maintenance.

  • Gatherer will accept deliveries of Shipper’s Low Btu Gas exceeding the MDQ and up to the DCQ on an interruptible basis subject to the availability of Gathering Facility Capacity, Plant Capacity, curtailment restrictions on the Gathering Facilities and at the Plant, curtailment restrictions of Interconnecting Pipeline(s), Force Majeure, Normal and Routine Maintenance and nomination and Imbalance resolution.


More Definitions of Normal and Routine Maintenance

Normal and Routine Maintenance means scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, tests, alterations, modifications, enlargements, and repairs of the Gathering System, the Plant, and any pipeline or other transporter as would normally be done by a prudent operator, and which may or may not require a full or partial shut down of the affected facility, pipeline, or Plant.

Related to Normal and Routine Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
