Not to Exceed Amount definition

Not to Exceed Amount means the dollar amount listed on the first page of this Contract, unless amended. The “Not to Exceed Amount” is not the County’s financial obligation under this Contract, but the maximum amount that can be paid to Contractor during the term of this Contract.
Not to Exceed Amount means Fifty-Five Dollars ($55) per City Resident multiplied by the Number of City Residents Residing Within Travis County Boundaries when the population used equals the US Census Bureau’s estimated 2019 population, or the most recent US Census Bureau’s estimated population available.
