Recorder means either a personal video recorder (PVR) or digital video recorder (DVR) which must satisfy the following features:
Official record means the record prepared and maintained by the department for each offender and juvenile received into the physical care and custody of the department. The record shall include, but is not limited to, written, printed, or electronic materials, documents, or data pertaining to services, programs, and all other official actions performed on behalf of that offender or juvenile. These records are identified by the same offender or juvenile name as received on the commitment order, assigned a department number as an identifier, and compiled and maintained as part of an offender/juvenile packet.
Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.
Notarial officer means a notary public or other individual authorized to perform a notarial act.

Special Record Date for the payment of any Defaulted Interest means a date fixed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 307.
Confidential record means a record that is not available as a matter of right for examination and copying by members of the public under applicable provisions of law. Confidential records include records or information contained in records that the department is prohibited by law from making available for examination by members of the public, and records or information contained in records that are specified as confidential by Iowa Code section 22.7 or another provision of law, but that may be disclosed upon order of the court, the custodian of the record, or by another person duly authorized
Notarial act means an act, whether performed with respect to a tangible or electronic record, that a notarial officer may perform under the law of this state. The term includes taking an acknowledgment, administering an oath or affirmation, taking a verification on oath or affirmation, witnessing or attesting a signature, certifying or attesting a copy, and noting a protest of a negotiable instrument.

Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.
Public record or "public records" shall mean all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records, artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions. Agency of North Carolina government or its subdivisions shall mean and include every public office, public officer or official (State or local, elected or appointed), institution, board, commission, bureau, council, department, authority or other unit of government of the State or of any county, unit, special district or other political subdivision of government.
Memorandum of Lease means a memorandum of this Lease, in recordable form, setting forth the following provisions of this Lease: (a) all information any Law requires;

Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

Financial Records means any document or summary of information contained in a document, including electronic documents, that contains information about the financial activities or position of a person including, but not limited to, information about the assets, balance sheets, budgets, cash flow, earnings, revenue, expenditures, income, investments, losses, liabilities, payroll, profits, retained earnings, or taxes.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
flight recorder means any type of recorder installed in the aircraft for the purpose of complementing accident or incident investigation;
Medical record means any document or combination of documents, except births, deaths, and the fact of admission to or discharge from a hospital, that pertains to the medical history, diagnosis, prognosis, or medical condition of a patient and that is generated and maintained in the process of medical treatment.
Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.
