The current general and limited partnership interests of Seller were pledged pursuant to a certain Security Agreement (the "Noteholder Security Agreement") to a nominee trust (the "Trust") for the benefit of the Noteholder Beneficiaries as security for the payment of principal and interest under the CRI Note.
Each capitalized term used herein, unless otherwise defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Amendment Agreement or the Initial Noteholder Security Agreement, as applicable.
