Noteholder Collateral Agent definition

Noteholder Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Noteholder Collateral Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, as Noteholder Collateral Agent, and any successor thereto in such capacity.

Noteholder Collateral Agent means such successor noteholder collateral agent, and the retiring Noteholder Collateral Agent’s appointment, powers and duties as the Noteholder Collateral Agent shall be terminated.
