Notes Security Agreement definition

Notes Security Agreement means the security agreement, to be dated as of the Issue Date, among the Issuer, the other Grantors party thereto, the Notes Collateral Agent and the other parties thereto, as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Notes Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the Indenture.

Notes Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of May 19, 2017, by and among the Issuer, the Notes Guarantors and the Notes Collateral Agent.

Notes Security Agreement refers to the Collateral Agreement among Verso Paper Holdings LLC, each other pledgor identified therein, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as collateral agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
