Notice Contact definition

Notice Contact means the name or title and address of the person designated on the signature page, below, to whom all correspondence, including proposed amendments and other notices, pertaining to the contractual relationship between the parties shall be provided. Each party to this Agreement shall designate its Notice Contact and shall include the name or title and address of the person to whom the notice shall be sent.
