Notice Date Period definition

Notice Date Period means the dates, as specified in any tender offer made by the Company, by which Members choosing to tender Units for repurchase must notify the Company of their intent.
Notice Date Period means the period of time, as specified in any tender offer made by the Trust, by which Shareholders choosing to tender Shares for repurchase must notify the Trust of their intent.

  • Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.

  • Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.

  • Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.

  • Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • Notice Deadline means 2.30 p.m. (Dublin time), provided that the Notice Deadline in respect of any Series of ETP Securities may be adjusted by agreement between the Issuer and the Margin Loan Provider with effect from the fifth calendar day following the date on which notice of such adjustment is given to the holders in accordance with Condition 17.

  • Removal Notice Date means, with respect to the Removed Accounts designated hereby, , (which shall be a date on or prior to the fifth Business Day prior to the Removal Date).

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).

  • Early Termination Notice Date Any date as of which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans (including REO Mortgage Loans) is less than 1.0% of the sum of the aggregate Cut-Off Date Balance of the Mortgage Pool initially included in the Trust Fund.

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Record Date Period means the period from the close of business of any Regular Record Date next preceding any Interest Payment Date to the opening of business on such Interest Payment Date.

  • Redemption Notice Date means, with respect to a Redemption, the date on which the Company sends the Redemption Notice for such Redemption pursuant to Section 4.03(F).

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.

  • Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: Aggregate Reduction Required Notice Period £$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ³$250,000,000 ten Business Days

  • Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Optional Redemption Notice Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Margin Notice Deadline means the time agreed to by the parties in the relevant Confirmation, Schedule B hereto or otherwise as the deadline for giving notice requiring same-day satisfaction of xxxx-to-market obligations as provided in Section 9 hereof (or, in the absence of any such agreement, the deadline for such purposes established in accordance with market practice).

  • Interest Calculation Period means the period or periods for the calculation of the interest shown on the mortgage form;

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
