Notice Delivery Time definition

Notice Delivery Time shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3.

  • All Shares relating to all prior Fixed Purchase Notices, VWAP Purchase Notices, and Additional VWAP Purchase Notices required to have been received by the Investor as DWAC Shares under this Agreement prior to the applicable Notice Delivery Time for the applicable Fixed Purchase, applicable VWAP Purchase and applicable Additional VWAP Purchase (as applicable) shall have been delivered to the Investor as DWAC Shares in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Notice Deadline means 2.30 p.m. (Dublin time), provided that the Notice Deadline in respect of any Series of ETP Securities may be adjusted by agreement between the Issuer and the Margin Loan Provider with effect from the fifth calendar day following the date on which notice of such adjustment is given to the holders in accordance with Condition 17.
