Notice of Defense definition

Notice of Defense means a written statement signed by or on behalf of a Respondent in response to an Accusation or Statement of Issues that constitutes a request for hearing, as described in Government Code section 11506.
Notice of Defense has the meaning specified in Section 10.5(b)(i).
Notice of Defense has the meaning specified in Section 13.5(b).

  • Notice of Election means the one or more notices of election (in such form as the Manager may approve) which the Manager will, at its discretion, send to each Unitholder and through which each Unitholder may indicate whether they wish to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan.
