Notice of Interest. Payments On the first Business Day of March, June, and Regular Record Dates: September and December of each year, upon request by the Company, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written list of Regular Record Dates and Interest Payment Dates that will occur during the six-month period beginning on such first Business Day with respect to Floating Rate Notes issued in book-entry form. Promptly after each Interest Determination Date or Calculation Date, if applicable (including the first initial Interest Determination Date) for Floating Rate Notes issued in book-entry form, the Trustee will notify Standard & Poor's Corporation of the interest rates determined on such Interest Determination Date or Calculation Date, if applicable.
