Notice of Interest definition

Notice of Interest. Payments On the first Business Day of March, June, September and Regular Record Dates: and December of each year, upon request by the Company, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written list of Regular Record Dates and Interest Payment Dates that will occur during the six-month period beginning on such first Business Day with respect to Floating Rate Notes issued in book-entry form. Promptly after each Interest Determination Date or Calculation Date, if applicable (including the first initial Interest Determination Date) for Floating Rate Notes issued in book-entry form, the Trustee will notify Standard & Poor's Corporation of the interest rates determined on such Interest Determination Date or Calculation Date, if applicable. Payments of Principal Promptly after each Regular Record Date, the and Interest-Payments of Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a Interest Only: written notice specifying by CUSIP number the amount of interest to be paid on each Book-Entry Note on the following Interest Payment Date (other than an Interest Payment Date coinciding with Maturity) and the total of such amounts. The Company will confirm with the Trustee and DTC the amount payable on each Book-Entry Note on such Interest Payment Date by reference to the daily bond reports published by Standard & Poor's Corporation. On such Interest Payment Date, the Company will pay to the Trustee, and the Trustee in turn will pay to DTC, such total amount of interest due (other than at Maturity), at the times and in the manner set forth below under "Manner of Payment."
