Notice of Interest Election definition

Notice of Interest Election has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).
Notice of Interest Election means a Notice of Interest Election in the form of Exhibit H.
Notice of Interest Election means a notice substantially in the form set out in Exhibit "D”.

  • If no Notice of Interest Election is timely received prior to the end of an Interest Period for any Group of Loans, such Borrower shall be deemed to have elected that such Group of Loans be converted to Base Rate Loans as of the last day of such Interest Period.

  • Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Notice of Interest Election shall have the meanings assigned to such terms (whether directly or by reference to another agreement or document) in the Credit Agreement.
