Notice of Replacement Subordination Agent has the meaning specified in Section 3.08.
Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.
LC Application an application by Borrower Agent to Issuing Bank for issuance of a Letter of Credit, in form and substance satisfactory to Issuing Bank.
Notice of compliance means a statement confirming that a governmental entity
Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Notice of Violation means a written notice prepared by an enforcement official that informs a responsible person of code violations and orders them to take certain steps to correct the violations.
Notice of Acceptance means the written notification and any accompanying documentation sent to the Consultant by the Principal advising acceptance of its Tender to provide the Services under the Contract.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Notice of receipt means a written document that is issued by the

Payment Notice has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.06(c).
Notice of Conversion/Extension means the written notice of conversion of a LIBOR Rate Loan to an Alternate Base Rate Loan or an Alternate Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or extension of a LIBOR Rate Loan, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(e).
Notice of Breach means a written notice delivered to the other party within the time period required under the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason,” as applicable, that (a) indicates, as applicable, the specific provision in this Agreement that the party contends the other party has breached or the specific clause of the definition of “Cause” or “Good Reason” that the party alleges to exist, and (b) to the extent applicable, sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances Executive or the Company, as applicable, claims provide the basis for such breach or other condition.
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.
Acceptance and Prepayment Notice means a notice of the Borrower’s acceptance of the Acceptable Discount in substantially the form of Exhibit M.
LC Payment Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(e).
