Notice of Selection definition

Notice of Selection means the written notice to each Selected Participant informing that they were selected and the number of Restricted Stock to be granted to them;

Examples of Notice of Selection in a sentence

  • The Bid Bond shall be retained by the City as liquidated damages if the successful Proposer fails to execute and deliver to the City the unaltered contract, or fails to deliver any required Performance and Payment Bonds or Certificates of Insurance, all within twenty-one (21) calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Selection for Award.
