Notice of Shipment definition

Notice of Shipment means the form prescribed by Carrier from time to time to be used by Shipper to notify Carrier of proposed Tenders for the following Month, as such form may be amended by Carrier from time to time. A Notice of Shipment may include, without limitation, Shipper’s name, contact person and contact information, Month of shipment, volume and Type of Petroleum to be Tendered in such Month, and the designated Receipt Point(s), Delivery Point(s), Contract US Delivery Point(s) and Alternate Delivery Point. Notice of Shipment means the form(s) (including electronic forms) prescribed by the Carrier to be used by the Shipper in notifying the Carrier of proposed Tenders, as such form(s) may be amended from time to time.

  • WESTRIDGE DOCK PREMIUM: Petroleum loaded over the Westridge Marine Terminal will be subject to a Bid Premium tobe determined by a monthly bid process utilizing the Notice of Shipment – Dock form.

  • Following the posting of the Allocated Volume, Shipper will have an opportunity to advise Carrier which Nominations on its submitted Notice of Shipment are to be revised to match its Allocated Volume.
