Alternate Delivery Point definition

Alternate Delivery Point means (i) Nomination on the Monthly Nomination Date of Petroleum by a Term Shipper to a destination other than the Designated Delivery Point, or (ii) Delivery of Petroleum by the Carrier for an Uncommitted Shipper or a Term Shipper to a destination as a result of reallocation of Petroleum after the Monthly Nomination Date as contemplated in Rule 14.
Alternate Delivery Point means a destination referenced in a Firm Service Shipper Nomination, other than the Designated Delivery Point.
Alternate Delivery Point means the last permanent flange of the Crude Storage Tanks that connects directly to first permanent flange of the White Oil Connection.

"Maximum Nomination Quantity" means (i) 125 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of December through March and June through September and (ii) 100 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of April, May, October and November. "Replacement Period" shall mean the period beginning on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof and ending at 11:59 p.m. August 13, 2011. "Replacement Power" means electricity purchased by NJEA as replacement for any Delivery Shortfall.
