Alternate Delivery Point means (i) Nomination on the Monthly Nomination Date of Petroleum by a Term Shipper to a destination other than the Designated Delivery Point, or (ii) Delivery of Petroleum by the Carrier for an Uncommitted Shipper or a Term Shipper to a destination as a result of reallocation of Petroleum after the Monthly Nomination Date as contemplated in Rule 14.
Alternate Delivery Point means a destination referenced in a Firm Service Shipper Nomination, other than the Designated Delivery Point.
Alternate Delivery Point has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.

All Base Product delivered under this Agreement shall be Scheduled for delivery to and receipt at (i) the CAISO delivery point set forth in Exhibit A-1 (the “Primary Delivery Point”) or (ii) any other CAISO delivery point (an “Alternate Delivery Point”) that has been mutually agreed by Buyer, the Project Participant, and Seller (the Primary Delivery Point or, to the extent specified, any Alternate Delivery Point being the “Base Delivery Point”).
The Day-Ahead Market Price and Real-Time Market Price for each Alternate Delivery Point, as applicable, shall be the price mutually agreed and identified by the Parties, or if no such price is identified for such Alternate Delivery Point, the price shall be the Day-Ahead Market Price and Real-Time Market Price, as applicable, specified on Exhibit A-1 for the Primary Delivery Point from which quantities are being shifted to such Alternate Delivery Point.

"Contract Rate" means $28.00/MWh. "Energy" means firm electricity having the characteristics described in Section 3.2 of the Amended PPA. "Nomination Quantity" means the quantity of Energy specified in the Call Notice, which amount shall equal fifty percent (50%) of (i) the maximum amount of Energy (in MWs per hour expressed as a whole number) that NJEA is permitted to deliver to JCP&L under the Amended PPA during Off-Peak Hours occurring during such day less (ii) the amount of electricity (in MWs per hour expressed as a whole number) that the Facility is expected to generate for sale to JCP&L under the Amended PPA during Off-Peak Hours occurring during such day. "Maximum Nomination Quantity" means (i) 125 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of December through March and June through September and (ii) 100 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of April, May, October and November. "Replacement Period" shall mean the period beginning on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof and ending at 11:59 p.m. August 13, 2011. "Replacement Power" means electricity purchased by NJEA as replacement for any Delivery Shortfall. Replacement Power shall not include Energy delivered to NJEA on behalf of PMI pursuant to Section 3.1(a).
