Notice of Start of Grace Period definition

Notice of Start of Grace Period means the notice sent by Plan to Employer Group that this Agreement will be terminated unless the Premium amount due is received by Plan no later than the last day of the Grace Period.

Examples of Notice of Start of Grace Period in a sentence

  • If full payment of all delinquent Premiums is not received by SHOP by the due date indicated in the Notice of Start of Grace Period, the Agreement will be terminated.

  • Receipt by SHOP of all Premium payments due and owing by the due date indicated in the Notice of Start of Grace Period will continue the Agreement, as modified by this Supplement, with no interruption in coverage.

  • If the Agree- ment is being cancelled because you failed to pay the required Dues when owed, the Plan will send a Notice of Start of Grace Period and will terminate the day following the 30-day grace period.

  • If the Premium payment is not received by the cancellation effective date, the Agreement will be terminated for non-payment effective 30 days from the date the Notice of Start of Grace Period was sent.

  • This Group Subscriber Agreement will be terminated for Group’s failure to remit the Prepayment Fees, or provide eligibility list as required, in which case the Group will be sent a Notice of Start of Grace Period saying that the premium is overdue.

  • If your employer or group does not pay the premium, CDN will send a Notice of Start of Grace Period to your employer or group saying that the premium is overdue.

  • Upon determining that Employer Group has failed to pay all applicable Premiums by the due date, Plan will send a Notice of Start of Grace Period, notifying Employer Group that a payment delinquency has triggered a Grace Period.

  • Employer Group shall promptly disseminate a copy of the Notice of Start of Grace Period to each Enrolled Employee.

  • Plan shall issue to Employer Group a 30-day advance written notice of prospective cancellation (i.e., a Notice of Start of Grace Period) if payment is not received by the due date set forth in Section 5.1. If full payment for the unpaid, invoiced Premiums is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the Grace Period, then Plan shall issue a Notice of End of Coverage to Employer Group and to all individual Members of Employer Group.

  • Employer Group will be given a Grace Period of at least 30 consecutive days, beginning with the day the Notice of Start of Grace Period is dated or on the day after the last date of paid coverage, whichever is later, during which Employer Group shall pay the Premiums owed for the month of coverage.

Related to Notice of Start of Grace Period

  • Notice of Special Rate Period means any notice with respect to a Special Rate Period of shares of MuniPreferred pursuant to subparagraph (d)(i) of Section 4 of Part I of this Statement.

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).

  • PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s September 26, 2019, letter to Xxxxxx Staffing Solution, LLC, among others, and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Notice of Renewal has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.

  • Discontinuance Notice means the written Notice sent by the Billing Party to the other Party that notifies the Non- Paying Party that in order to avoid disruption or disconnection of the Interconnection Services, furnished under this Agreement, the Non-Paying Party must remit all Unpaid Charges to the Billing Party within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the Billing Party’s Notice of Unpaid Charges.

  • Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).

  • Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Warrant Exercise Period shall commence (subject to Section 6(d) below), on the later of:

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
