Notice Officer definition

Notice Officer has the meaning specified in Section 6.03.
Notice Officer means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and such Person, if any, that from time to time shall replace any of such named Persons as an officer of Seller and shall be identified as such replacement in a written notice given by Seller to Administrative Agent.
Notice Officer means the municipal official designated by the Selectboard to issue Notices.
