Postcard Notice definition

Postcard Notice means the short form of notice that shall be sent by mail to Settlement Class members who did not agree to receive notices by email, or for whom the Settlement Administrator is unable to send Email Notice using the email address provided by Defendant, in the form attached as Exhibit 1.
Postcard Notice means the Postcard Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4 to Exhibit A, which is to be mailed to Settlement Class Members.
Postcard Notice or “Short-Form Notice” means the written notice to be sent to Settlement Class Members pursuant to the Preliminary Approval Order substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Settlement Agreement.
