Postcard Notice definition

Postcard Notice means the postcard notice of the Settlement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2 that the Settlement Administrator shall disseminate to Settlement Class members by mail.
Postcard Notice means the short form of notice that shall be sent by mail to Settlement Class members who did not agree to receive notices by email, or for whom the Settlement Administrator is unable to send Email Notice using the email address provided by Defendant, in the form attached as Exhibit 1.

More Definitions of Postcard Notice

Postcard Notice or “Short-Form Notice” means the written notice to be sent to Settlement Class Members pursuant to the Preliminary Approval Order substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Settlement Agreement.
