The Contract Price is not subject to escalation unless (i) the Full Notice to Proceed Effective Date is after the date set forth in Exhibit A, or (ii) there is an increase in the price resulting from a adverse major national or international Force Majeure event of any Equipment or materials, such as rental equipment, structural steel, rebar or concrete, or Subcontractor prices, after the Contract Price has been determined.
