Notional Delivery Point definition

Notional Delivery Point means a notional delivery point specified from time to time in the System Description;
Notional Delivery Point means the point for a distribution sub-network at which the Shipper has Delivery Point MDQ in respect of that sub-network. Each notional delivery point is defined in Table 3 which also shows the associated delivery points.
Notional Delivery Point means a Delivery Point at which the delivery of Gas occurs by way of Notional Delivery and which at the date of this Agreement is the MAP In Pipe Trade Point, QSN Receipt Point and Moomba Gas Plant Receipt Point each when used as a delivery point.

Examples of Notional Delivery Point in a sentence

  • A Notional Delivery Point is deemed to be located at the most downstream Associated Delivery Point.

  • Gas delivered at the Notional Delivery Point on a Day will be deemed to equal the aggregate of all gas delivered at Associated Delivery Points on that Day.

  • Epic Energy may from time to time determine that there is a Notional Delivery Point between the DBNGP and a gas distribution system.

  • If the Shipper has Delivery Point MDQ at a Delivery Point which subsequently becomes an Associated Delivery Point, then the Shipper’s Access Contract is amended to substitute the Notional Delivery Point associated with the Associated Delivery Point, for the Delivery Point.

  • Where gas is delivered to a distribution network (to which the DBNGP is connected) by a gas transmission system other than the DBNGP, the quantities of gas measured at a Notional Delivery Point will need to take into account arrangements between Epic Energy, that other gas transmission system and the operator of that distribution network and any agreement reached between them from time to time.

  • Another pertinent institutional arrangement that promotes smart city innovations is that of living labs, which offer real-life test and experimentation environments in which users and producers may co-create innovations.

  • Operator may from time to time determine that there is a Notional Delivery Point between the DBNGP and a gas distribution system.

  • Where gas is delivered to a distribution network (to which the DBNGP is connected) by a gas transmission system other than the DBNGP, the quantities of gas measured at a Notional Delivery Point will need to take into account arrangements between Operator, that other gas transmission system and the operator of that distribution network, any agreement reached between them from time to time and the Retail Market Rules.

  • If Shipper has Delivery Point MDQ at a Delivery Point which subsequently becomes an Associated Delivery Point, then Shipper’s Access Contract is amended to substitute the Notional Delivery Point associated with the Associated Delivery Point, for the Delivery Point.

  • Gas which is taken to be supplied by Shipper at a Notional Receipt Point, or taken delivery of by Shipper at a Notional Delivery Point, will be deemed to have been received or taken (as applicable) at the pressure and temperature existing in the Facility.

Related to Notional Delivery Point

  • Final Delivery Date means the date the Supplier is entitled to deliver the Products form the Purchaser even if the Products have not been called off as agreed in any Sales Agreement.

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Dispatch Rate means the control signal, expressed in dollars per megawatt-hour, calculated and transmitted continuously and dynamically to direct the output level of all generation resources dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the Offer Data.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • P.01 Transmission Grade of Service (“GOS”) means a trunk facility provisioning standard with the statistical probability of no more than one call in 100 blocked on initial attempt during the average busy hour.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Central Automatic Message Accounting (CAMA) Trunk means a trunk that uses Multi-Frequency (MF) signaling to transmit calls from CLEC’s switch to an AT&T-21STATE E911 Selective Router.

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
