Nuclear Material Contract definition

Nuclear Material Contract means any contract, as from time to time amended, modified or supplemented, entered into by the Lessee, either in its own name or as agent for the Lessor, with one or more Manufacturers relating to the acquisition of Nuclear Material or any service in connection with the Nuclear Material.

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.
