Tentative Map. The requirements of the tentative map shall not be overridden by the requirements of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the two, the City Engineer shall determine the most reasonable interpretation to assure satisfactory improvements for the benefit of the public.
Tentative Map. The tentative subdivision map that subdivides LANDOWNER’s Property into legal parcels pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (commencing at Section 66410 of the Government Code) as approved by the City Council as part of the Project Entitlements, as more particularly described in Exhibit C.
Tentative Map. In accordance with Government Code Section 66454, on November 13, 2018, following Planning Commission review and recommendation, and after a duly-noticed public hearing, the City Council, by Resolution No. 2018-133, approved Tentative Map No. 17-087 for the Project Site (the “Tentative Map”).
Tentative Map. Record of Land Use Action No. XXXX on [date] to merge and resubdivide the Property into five parcels for the Remaining Cannery, the Townhomes, the Ash Building, the Park Building, and the BMR/Parkland Dedication Parcel (“Tentative Map”).
Tentative Map. On September 28, 2010, by Resolution No 201-576, the City Council approved the tentative map to authorize subdivision of the 71.1 acre Project Site into 12 large lot parcels, to require the construction of infrastructure improvements which are needed for the Development Project, and to impose certain requirements before a final map for a parcel can be recorded (“Tentative Map”). The requirements include compliance with the entitlements, PUD Plan and Guidelines and CEQA Mitigation. The tentative map was subsequently modified by approval of the City Planning and Design Commission on January 31, 2013.
Tentative Map. The Property has a County land use designation including General Rural, Medium Density Rural, Low Density Suburban, Medium Density Suburban, and Public/Semi Public Facilities with a total number of residential dwelling units allowed by the existing land use designations being 1,087. On May 5, 2006, the County issued its Action Order approving a tentative map application of the Landowner for the Property known as Tentative Subdivision Map Case File No. TM06-001 (Sierra Reflections) (the “Tentative Map”) attached hereto as Exhibit B, including the Amended Conditions of Approval approved by the Board of County Commissioners on April 28, 2020. The Tentative Map was a project of Regional Significance and received its final approval from the Truckee Xxxxxxx Regional Planning Commission on June 14, 2006. The development of the Property must be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Tentative Map and the Washoe County Development Code (the “Code”).
Tentative Map. A map prepared for the purpose of dividing a legal parcel into five or more parcels and prepared in compliance with the provisions of this Article, the Act , and in a manner to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
Tentative Map. A minimum of ten (10) copies, twenty-four (24) inches by thirty-six (36) inches in size, of the preliminary and/or tentative map shall be submitted to the Planning Director or his or her authorized representative. The map shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer, or a licensed land surveyor, as registered and/or licensed by the State Scales shall be as determined by the following table:

(a) The proposed subdivision tract name and number, if available, date, north arrow, scale, sufficient description to define the location, boundaries of the proposed tract and contour intervals, all located in the lower right-hand corner of the map. The proposed subdivision name is subject to approval of the Planning Commission;
(b) The tentative map shall show properties on all sides of the proposed subdivision, including those separated by a public or private right-of-way, the approximate areas in acres, last name of owner or owners, topographic features, and all improvements on adjacent property located within three hundred (300) feet of the proposed subdivision boundary. The applicant, for a fee as established by City Council resolution, may utilize existing Town data, including but not limited to, forty (40) foot scale contour maps, tentative maps, building site approval plans, site development plans, and other best information as it becomes available to the Town;
(c) The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the recorded owners, subdivider, and State of California registered civil engineer or State-licensed land surveyor who prepared the tentative map. The registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor shall include his or her valid stamp, number, and signature;
(d) Locations, names, widths, centerline radii, and centerline grades of all streets, roads, and right-of-ways in the proposed subdivision with typical cross-sections showing proposed improvements. Centerline grades shall be shown by a profile, preferably referred to mean sea level datum as established by the United States Geological Survey, or to Town approved bench marks established by the City Engineer. Cross-sections shall be presented as required by the City Engineer;
(e) Gross and net acreage of each individual lot to the nearest one hundredth...
Tentative Map. The “tentative master parcel map” as defined in City Code Section 16.32.160 that subdivides LANDOWNER’s Property into legal parcels pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (commencing at Section 66410 of the Government Code) as approved by the City Council as part of the Project Entitlements, as more particularly described in Exhibit C.
