Nursing Employees definition

Nursing Employees means employees engaged in the callings and classifications set out in the Nurses Aged Care Award - State as at the commencement date of this enterprise Award.
Nursing Employees means Employees employed in the Nursing Employees Classification Stream set out in this Agreement.
Nursing Employees means Employees who are members of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation, or are eligible to be members of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation and who are employed in any of the classifications specified in Schedule 1. Non-nursing Employees means Employees who do not meet the definition of Nursing Employees.

Examples of Nursing Employees in a sentence

  • For Nursing Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 3 of Table 5.

  • For Aged Care, Health Professionals and Nursing Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 5 of Table 5.

  • For Nursing Employees, a broken shift may be worked where there is mutual agreement in writing.

  • E12 -Nursing Employees Employees who are breastfeeding will be provided with the facilities and support necessary to enable such employees to combine a continuation of such breastfeeding with the employee’s employment.

  • For Nursing Employees only, the leave loading will be applied on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.

  • An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Calvary Retirement Communities Limited (New South Wales) and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (New South Wales Branch) - Nursing Employees Enterprise Agreement 2019 (Agreement).

  • Where an Employee has accrued more than: 8 weeks paid annual leave, (10 weeks in the case of shift workers as defined in this clause) for FCWT Aged Care Employees and FCWT Nursing Employees other than shiftworkers; 10 weeks paid annual leave, (12 weeks in the case of shift workers as defined in this clause) for all other Employees not covered by 29(f)(i)(1); such Employee has accrued excessive annual leave (Excessive Leave).

  • This paragraph is applicable to Nursing Employees: Authorized overtime shall be compensated at the overtime rate of one and one- half times (1% her basic hourly rate for the first three (3) consecutive hours worked and at the rate of two times the Employee’s basic hourly rate for time worked thereafter.

  • For Nursing Employees whose hours of work are less than that of a full-time Employee, the one hundred and twenty ($120.00) dollars per month allowance and the four hundred (400) shall be prorated on the basis of what their hours of work bear in relation to a full- time position.

  • This Agreement shall be known as the Warrina Homes Incorporated Nursing Employees (ANF) Collective Agreement 2006.
