Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
Supplemental Marketing Material means any Issuer Free Writing Communication other than any Issuer Free Writing Communication specified in Schedule B hereto. Supplemental Marketing Materials include, but are not limited to, any Issuer Free Writing Communication listed on Schedule C hereto.
Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means a Project Implementation Unit referred to in paragraph 2 (a) of Schedule 1 to the Project Agreement;
