AMEX means the American Stock Exchange.
Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;
NYSRC means the New York State Reliability Council.
Exchange Rules means the listing rules of The OTC Marketplace.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Stock Exchange Rules means the applicable rules of any stock exchange upon which Shares are listed;
SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended
securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;
NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.
EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(21) of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments, as amended;
Interexchange Carrier or "IXC" means a Carrier that provides InterLATA or IntraLATA Toll services.
Interexchange Carrier (IXC) means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.
Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design or “MECOD” means the Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, a document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee of ATIS. The MECOD document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF- MECAB-Issue 3, February 1993, establishes methods for processing orders for access service which is to be provided to an IXC by two (2) or more telecommunications providers.
Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Victim advocate means a person who provides support and assistance for a person who files a petition under this section.
Central Commission means the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission referred to in sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Act;
Regulatory Authority means any federal, national, multinational, state, county, city, provincial, or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity with authority over the marketing, commercialization, manufacture or sale of a pharmaceutical product in the Territory, including the FDA in the United States and the EMA in the EU.
Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;
Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).
Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153. Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG): The Telcordia Technologies reference customarily used to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information, as well as equipment designation. Local Interconnection Trunk or Local Interconnection Trunk Group: One-way or two-way trunks or trunk groups used to exchange Local Traffic between a switch of one Party and a switch of the other Party.
NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.
Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.
Contracting Government means any Government which has deposited an instrument of ratification or has given notice of adherence to this Convention.
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
Issuance Advice Letter means the Issuance Advice Letter filed with the CPUC pursuant to the Wildfire Financing Law and the Financing Order with respect to the Recovery Bonds.
