NYS Facilities definition

NYS Facilities means any real property, tangible personal property, or electronic or virtual systems, or any part(s) or component(s) thereof, used in the conduct of New York State's business operations, including, but not limited to, physical office or computing space, computer(s) or computer systems, telecommunications or network infrastructure (e.g., utility closet(s), conduits, hubs, switches, routers), and supporting NYS Facilities and systems (e.g., mechanical, power, cooling, security, fire protection, water), regardless of owner.

  • Contractor also agrees that its Contractor Staff performing services on-site at NYS Facilities may be required to comply with those health checks which NYS requires of its own employees working on-site including for example providing proof of vaccination against, and/or testing for, infectious disease such as COVID-19.

  • All Contractor Staff shall, at the termination of their providing services to ITS under the Contract, comply with all State off-boarding and security procedures, including return to ITS of any physical or logical access badges or other credentials that were issued by the State and required for their access to NYS Confidential Information or NYS Facilities.

  • ITS, in its sole discretion, may require the Contractor to remove from interaction with the State, or may refuse access to State systems and NYS Facilities or require removal from any NYS Facility, any Contractor Staff performing work under the Contract that ITS determines poses a security risk, has a work performance that ITS finds inadequate or unacceptable, or otherwise fails to meet ITS business requirements or expectations.

  • Contractor agrees that its Contractor Staff performing services on-site at NYS Facilities or those with logical access to NYS Confidential Information (i.e., log-in access) shall be required to undergo the same security clearances as those required of ITS employees.

Related to NYS Facilities

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
