NZD Rate definition

NZD Rate means, for any Loans in New Zealand Dollars, the (a) NZD Screen Rate plus (b) 0.30%.
NZD Rate means for any Loans in NZD, (a) with respect to any Interest Period, the average bank bill reference rate as administered by the New Zealand Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for bills of exchange with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period (or if such Interest Period is not equal to a number of months, for a term equivalent to the number of months closest to such Interest Period) as displayed on page BKBM of the Reuters screen at or about 11:00 a.m. (Wellington, New Zealand time) on the day that is two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion; provided that, if the rate determined in accordance with this clause (a) shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this clause (a) (the “NZD Screen Rate”), plus (b) 0.20%.
NZD Rate means for any Loans in NZD, the (a) NZD Screen Rate plus (b) 0.20%.

NZD Rate means, for any Loans denominated in New Zealand Dollars, the NZD Screen Rate or, if applicable pursuant to the terms of Section 3.03, the applicable Reference Bank Rate.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR 1.00-Eurodollar Reserve Percentage

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Base Rate means for any day a fluctuating rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate plus 1/2 of 1% and (b) the rate of interest in effect for such day as publicly announced from time to time by Bank of America as its “prime rate.” The “prime rate” is a rate set by Bank of America based upon various factors including Bank of America’s costs and desired return, general economic conditions and other factors, and is used as a reference point for pricing some loans, which may be priced at, above, or below such announced rate. Any change in such rate announced by Bank of America shall take effect at the opening of business on the day specified in the public announcement of such change.
