NZD Screen Rate definition

NZD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent which is equal to the average bank xxxx reference rate as administered by the New Zealand Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for bills of exchange with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on page BKBM of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Wellington, New Zealand time) on the first day of such Interest Period. If the NZD Screen Rate shall be less than zero, the NZD Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
NZD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average bank xxxx reference rate for bills of exchange as administered by the New Zealand Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for bills of exchange with a tenor equal to the relevant Interest Period displayed on page BKBM of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Reuters page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of other information service that publishes such rate form time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) at or about 10.45a.m. (Wellington, New Zealand time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.
NZD Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofNZD Rate.”

  • Interest on (i) Base Rate Loans (including Base Rate Loans determined by reference to the Offshore Rate) and (ii) Offshore Rate Loans when the Offshore Base Rate is determined by reference to the CDOR Screen Rate, the AUD Screen Rate or the NZD Screen Rate, in each case shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and the actual number of days elapsed.

NZD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate per annum equal to the Bank Xxxx Reference Bid Rate (or, to the extent such rate is not available, a comparable or successor rate, which rate is approved by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) with a tenor equal to the relevant Interest Period displayed on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Bloomberg page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) at or about 10:45 a.m. (Auckland, New Zealand time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.

Related to NZD Screen Rate

  • Screen Rate means in relation to LIBOR, the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate for the relevant currency and period displayed on the appropriate page of the Reuters screen. If the agreed page is replaced or the service ceases to be available, the Lender may specify another page or service displaying the appropriate rate after consultation with the Borrower.

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan denominated in any currency for any Interest Period, a rate per annum which results from interpolating on a linear basis between (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is shorter than such Interest Period and (b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is longer than such Interest Period, in each case as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Quotation Day.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;
