Occupational therapist assistant definition

Occupational therapist assistant means an individual licensed to assist in the practice of occupational therapy pursuant to 24 Del.C. Ch. 20, under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
Occupational therapist assistant means an individual who holds a valid and active license in full force and effect pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 468, F.S., or the applicable laws of the state in which the service is furnished, and who is a graduate of a two-year college-level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
