Occupying agency definition

Occupying agency means any Fed- eral agency assigned space in a build- ing or complex for which GSA has over- sight of, or responsibility for the func- tions of operation and maintenance in addition to space assignment.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord acknowledges and agrees that the Occupying Agency shall not be an agent of Tenant and shall not have actual, constructive or apparent authority to amend or otherwise modify the terms of this Agreement or to otherwise bind Tenant.
