Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Track Usage Price List means the document entitled "Track Usage Price List" published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2018 which, for the purposes of this contract, shall be deemed to incorporate any supplements to that document consented to or determined pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 to this contract or a freight track access contract previously held by the Train Operator;

Product Price has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04.
Hammer Price means the level of bidding reached (at or above any reserve) when the auctioneer brings down the hammer;
Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);
Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;
Auction Final Price means the price, if any, determined to be the Auction Final Price pursuant to Section 12 of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms (expressed as a percentage, in increments equal to the Relevant Pricing Increment, of the outstanding principal balance, rather than the face amount, of Deliverable Obligations).
Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.
Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.
Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.
Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.
Price Category means the price category and associated eligibility criteria referred to in Schedule 7 that determine the Price(s) that apply to an ICP;
Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).
Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.
Initial Reference Pricei means as specified in the above table at item 15 (A) (i);
Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.
Rear fog lamp means the lamp used to make the vehicle more easily visible from the rear in dense fog;
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement.
