OCS Notice definition

OCS Notice means the written notice to the OCS regarding the change in ownership of the Company effected as a result of the Merger, required to be submitted to the OCS in connection with the Merger in accordance with the Israeli Encouragement of Industrial Research and Development Law, 1984, which may be submitted by the Company at any time following the date hereof but not later than the Closing.
