OCS Requirements definition

OCS Requirements means the requirements of OCS which apply to the Product, including, without limitation, as specified pursuant to The Encouragement of Research and Development in Industry Law of 1984, as amended, and in the agreements by and among Savient, BTG and the OCS.

Related to OCS Requirements

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;

  • Listings Requirements means the listings requirements of the JSE, as amended from time to time;

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all applicable (i) Data Protection Laws; (ii) Seller Privacy Policies; (iii) terms of any Contracts relating to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data; and (iv) the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

  • Regulatory Requirements means all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, requirements, guidelines, interpretations, directives and requests (whether or not having the force of law) from and of, and plans, memoranda and agreements with, any Regulatory Authority.

  • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

  • Mandatory Requirements means those requirements described herein, which shall be fully satisfied in order for any Proposal to be considered by the City as a qualified Proposal.
