Odd Lot Trader definition

Odd Lot Trader means: (1) a Member that is not a Designated Market Maker; or (2) a DEA Client, which, in the case of both (1) and (2), has agreed to auto-execute trades in the Odd Lot Facility for one or more Assigned Securities for which no Designated Market Maker has been appointed.
Odd Lot Trader means the Full Approved Trader assigned by an Odd Lot Member to fulfill its responsibilities as the Odd Lot Member for an Exchange-listed security.

  • The Designated Market Maker or Odd Lot Trader will receive an auto-execution message for each Odd Lot Order trade that it participated in.

  • Odd Lot Orders (and the Odd Lot portion of Mixed Lot Orders) for securities that do not have a Designated Market Maker or Odd Lot Trader and security types for which there is no OLF will be rejected.

  • Odd Lot Limit Orders booked in the OLF will be validated against the NBBO following each change to the NBBO, and, where the limit price is at or within the NBBO, will be auto-executed by the Designated Market Maker or Odd Lot Trader at the NBBO.

  • Scheme Shareholders selling odd lots of the FEC Consideration Shares through their brokers to the Odd Lot Trader will be responsible for all fees (if any) payable to their brokers, but no additional brokerage will be payable by them to the Odd Lot Trader.Scheme Shareholders should note that the successful matching of odd lots of the FEC Consideration Shares and the provision of liquidity referred to above is not guaranteed.

  • The opening of trading accounts with the Odd Lot Trader for the purpose of the Matching Service is subject to satisfactory completion of requisite account opening procedures.

  • Details of the odd lot matching service to be provided to the Scheme Shareholders, including without limitation, the contact information of the Odd Lot Trader, are set out in the section headed “Arrangements relating to sale of odd lots of HRIF Shares” of this joint announcement.
