OEM Pricelist definition

OEM Pricelist shall refer to the nationally published or internal document(s) issued by the Chassis or Body manufacturer which lists, among other things, an Option Code, description and MSRP for the OEM’s Product Line.
OEM Pricelist shall refer to the nationally published electronic, (i.e., in Excel or PDF format), document(s) issued by the Chassis Cab manufacturer which lists, among other things, an Option Code, description and MSRP for the OEM’s Product Line.

Examples of OEM Pricelist in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative.

  • When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM Pricelist as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Pricing for such replacement items shall be based on the current OEM Pricelist for the replacement item and the previously agreed upon Contract discounts.

  • Notification from the vendor of a new OEM Pricelist should be made in writing thirty (30) days prior to the date the prices take effect.

  • Aftermarket Component prices shall be based on the current OEM Pricelist available from the manufacturer at the time an Authorized User is invoiced.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, when price decreases become effective on a new or revised OEM Pricelist or Contractor-Published Pricelist, the Contractor shall immediately apply the decreased price to purchases from the Contract.

  • Prices shall in no event exceed the MSRP included on the OEM Pricelist or Contractor-Published Pricelist, as applicable.

  • Notification from the Contractor of a new or revised OEM Pricelist or Contractor- Published Pricelist should be made in writing thirty (30) days prior to the date the prices take effect.

  • The Chassis Cab Discount for Chassis Cab Lots (i.e., Lots I, II and III) shall also be applied to the MSRP included on the OEM Pricelist for additional Chassis Cab Models offered under the Contract.

Related to OEM Pricelist

  • non-firm prices means all prices other than “firm” prices;

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).

  • Firm price means the price that is only subject to adjustments in accordance with the actual increase or decrease resulting from the change, imposition, or abolition of customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or tax, which, in terms of the law or regulation, is binding on the contractor and demonstrably has an influence on the price of any supplies, or the rendering costs of any service, for the execution of the contract;

  • Product Price has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04.

  • Maximum Price means an amount (excluding related brokerage, commission, applicable goods and services tax, stamp duties, clearance fees and other related expenses) which may be paid for an ordinary share purchased or acquired by us pursuant to the mandate contained in paragraph (a) above, not exceeding, in the case of a market purchase of an ordinary share, the highest independent bid or the last independent transaction price, whichever is higher, of our ordinary shares quoted or reported on the NASDAQ Global Select Market or the securities exchange operated by JSE Limited (the “JSE”), as the case may be, or shall not exceed any volume weighted average price, or other price determined under any pricing mechanism, in compliance with the requirements under Rule 10b-18 under the Exchange Act, at the time the purchase is effected; and

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • TDP means “TDP” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Joint Plan or as that term is defined in any Plan confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • BFE means any equipment which is to be provided by the purchaser of the Aircraft (whether actually provided by LESSOR as buyer-furnished equipment or Manufacturer as seller-purchased equipment).

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • T&Cs means these Terms and Conditions.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • IBM means the Iowa board of medicine.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • RMA means this Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Tax.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • HSD means the New Mexico human services department.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

  • Boeing is defined as The Boeing Company, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees of each, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents.

  • Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.

  • Cost price means the actual cost of an item or article of tangible personal property computed in the

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the State Entity under this Contract.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
