Offer Completion definition

Offer Completion means the Scheme becoming effective or, if the Offer is implemented by way of a Takeover Offer, the Takeover Offer being declared wholly unconditional;
Offer Completion means the time when the Borrower acquires the beneficial ownership of additional shares in Target (not already owned or agreed to be acquired by the Borrower or parties acting in concert with it) pursuant to the Offer.
Offer Completion means the scheme of arrangement (under Part 26 of the Companies Act) in relation to the Offer becoming effective in accordance with its terms;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
