Office 365 Service Descriptions means the Service Descriptions for Office 365 GCC High, published by Microsoft at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/library/mt774581.aspx (for the product superset, Office 365 US Government) and xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/library/mt774968.aspx (for the product subset, Office 365 GCC High), or at successor sites Microsoft later identifies.
Office 365 Service Descriptions means, collectively and solely for this Amendment, the Service Descriptions for Office 365 High, published by Microsoft at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt774581.aspx (for the product superset, Office 365 US Government) and https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt774968.aspx (for the product subset, Office 365 GCC High), or at successor sites Microsoft later identifies.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
