Officers of the Board definition

Officers of the Board means the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Immediate Past President of this Organization, plus such other Board members as may be designated as Officers by the Board in accordance with the Organization’s Governance Policies.

Officers of the Board and “Board Officers” means the Chair, Vice-Chair, Chair-Elect and Immediate Past Chair of the Board.

Officers of the Board means the Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary of the Board of LutherCare Communities as set out in section 8.14 of these Bylaws;
