Official inventory definition

Official inventory means the inventory of all facilities authorized to perform ambulatory surgery services maintained by the Department based on responses to the most recent Annual Hospital Questionnaire (AHQ) Surgical Services Addendum and Freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center Survey and/or the most recent appropriate surveys and questionnaires.

The value of the inventory will be valued at the lower of cost or market on a first-in, first-out basis as determined in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis.
