Surveys and Questionnaires. 7.1 Any questionnaires or forms or both used in surveys, where they are the only means of Data collection, shall be submitted in draft to the Authority together with explanatory notes, covering letters to recipients and any other relevant documents. Those particulars and any particulars contained in the surveys when carried out may be forwarded by the Authority to the Survey Control Unit of the Office for National Statistics.
Surveys and Questionnaires. Section 1. The Agency recognizes that it is in its interest to have Union support for surveys of bargaining unit employees.The Agency shall not conduct surveys without providing the Union an opportunity to review and comment on the questions and related issues.The Union will be provided an advance copy of any survey prior to distribution.
Section 2. Surveys shall be conducted on the employee’s duty time.
Section 3. The Union shall be provided with the geographical/organizational distribution of surveys which are distributed on a random sample basis.
Section 4. When possible, the Union shall be afforded an opportunity to review and comment in advance on any publication based on or derived from survey results.
Section 5. If feasible, the Union shall be provided a copy of survey results at the same time they are distributed to the corresponding level of the Agency.
Section 6. Participation in surveys shall be xxxxxxxxx.Xx assure the anonymity of survey comments, employees shall have reasonable access to a computer.
Section 7. The Union representative shall participate in all debriefing and action planning sessions involving employees including, but not limited to, the Survey Feedback Action (SFA).

Participation in surveys will be voluntary, unless the parties agree to require participation. Employees will be assured that their responses will be confidential and their anonymity protected, unless the parties agree otherwise. The results of surveys conducted by either party regarding conditions of employment will be shared. If a third party conducts a survey and the results are distributed to the Department, the results will be shared with the Union.
Surveys and Questionnaires. 5.6.1 When Western requires bargaining unit employees to participate in a survey, either verbally or in writing, regarding conditions of employment, it will do so only after notification and agreement with the Union. This includes surveys from other agencies and/or entities. If a survey is voluntary, the Union will be notified but no agreement is required.
5.6.2 The results of surveys conducted by either party regarding conditions of employment will be shared. If a third party conducts a survey and results are distributed to Western, the results will be shared with the Union. (Sanitized data from dispatcher wage surveys, i.e., data which is not identifiable by utility name, will be released to the union upon request.)

Section 4. The Employer shall provide appropriate procedure for the Bargaining Unit Employee to return the questionnaire/surveys.
Section 5. The Union will be provided a copy of the results/summary/overview of the questionnaire/survey when received by the Employer.
Section 6. Participation in questionnaires/surveys, either written and/or verbal, by Bargaining Unit Employees, shall be handled in accordance with Article 7 of this Agreement.

Notification will be at the national level for national surveys and at the local level for local surveys. To the extent practicable, the UAN will be notified when questionnaires and surveys from other agencies are distributed by VA. Nothing in this section precludes the UAN from the right to bargain over conditions of employment under the Statute.
B. Participation in surveys will be voluntary, unless the parties agree to require participation. RNs will be assured that their responses will be confidential and their anonymity protected, unless the parties agree otherwise.
C. Reasonable time required to complete surveys shall be afforded to the RNs on duty time.
