OIX Policies definition

OIX Policies means any rules or policies put in place by OIX and approved by the OIX Board from time to time, primarily being as set out in the OIX Procedures and Policies Handbook (the "Handbook") on the OIX website.

  • This Agreement, the OIX Bylaws, and the OIX Policies may each be amended by the OIX Board of Directors from time to time, and Member agrees to abide by the terms thereof as amended, provided, however, that (a) any such amendment to this Agreement, the OIX Bylaws, or the OIX Policies that would materially and potentially adversely affect Member’s rights and obligations shall not bind Member until thirty (30) days’ from the date that notice of such action is given to Member.

  • Applicant further agrees that the OIX Policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and that it will be bound by and comply with such OIX Policies.

  • Applicant acknowledges that some of its obligations under the OIX Bylaws and OIX Policies may survive the termination of this Agreement and its Membership in OIX.

  • OIX takes on only the general obligation to use and administer the disbursement of the Directed Funds for the general purpose specified by the contributing OIX Member, subject to the limitations and conditions described in this Directed Funding Policy, any applicable memorandum of understanding, and any other applicable OIX Policies, as amended from time to time.

  • The Member agrees to be bound by the terms of the OIX Organizational Documents, the Membership Agreement, the OIX Member Rules, OIX Policies and such other policies, rules, terms and requirements as may be established by OIX from time to time, as each may be modified, changed, supplemented or amended by OIX, subject to the notice requirements provided herein.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.

  • R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.
